Refund policy

We take pride in our products and each order is packed with love and care, however if you are not entirely satisfied then please reach out to us.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused
  • with tags
  • In it's original packaging.
  • You are a UK customer 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/Email

Postage costs:
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and as the buyer you will have to cover the shipping fee. Please note that returns will need to be sent with your Name & order number within the parcel in a waterproof mail bag.

  • shipping costs are non-refundable 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any clearance items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Exchanges are to be made within 7 days 
  • The product needs to be unused/Damaged 
  • UK costumer 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
